Thank you for choosing Vexads. This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding refunds and cancellations for our subscription-based video translation services.

By subscribing to Vexads, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refunds

Refunds will not be provided for any subscription plan that has been initiated or renewed.

Vexads provides digital services for translating videos into multiple languages. Once you subscribe and gain access to our premium features and minutes, the service is considered delivered immediately.

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to review our features, pricing, and minutes allocations carefully before subscribing.

2. No Refunds for Unmanaged Subscriptions

We cannot issue a refund if the user forgets to unsubscribe on time.

If the subscription is initiated or renewed, no refund will be given. It is the user's responsibility to manage their subscription plan and update it accordingly.

You are solely responsible for managing your subscription, including cancelling before renewal dates. We do not provide reminders or notifications about upcoming renewals.

Important: Once a payment is processed for a renewal, it is final and non-refundable, even if you intended to cancel but forgot.

3. Cancellation and Automatic Renewal

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard under Billing Settings.

Automatic Renewal Notice:

If you do not cancel your subscription before the renewal date, it will be automatically renewed, and you will be charged for the next billing period. No refunds will be issued for automatic renewals.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will continue to have access to premium features and minutes until the subscription expires.
  • Unused minutes may roll over according to your plan terms.
  • No further charges will be made after the current billing cycle ends.
  • You will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription period or unused minutes.

4. Exceptions - Unauthorized Charges Only

The only situation in which a refund may be issued is if you notice unauthorized charges on your account that you did not initiate.

If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately at support@vexads.io. We will investigate and issue a refund if the charge is confirmed to be unauthorized.

Note: Forgotten cancellations, automatic renewals, and accidental subscriptions do not qualify as unauthorized charges.

5. Minutes and Usage

Vexads operates on a minutes-based system. Minutes are allocated monthly based on your subscription plan. Unused minutes may roll over according to your plan terms. No refunds will be issued for unused minutes, and minutes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

6. Changes to Pricing

Vexads reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscribers until their next renewal period.

If you do not agree with a price increase, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged the new price. No refunds will be issued if you fail to cancel in time.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately. Chargebacks are considered a violation of our Terms of Service.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
